Flower Preservation Terms and Conditions


Once you have chosen your product to purchase, simply add to cart.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking and we do recommend booking in advance as we have limited spaces available each week and need as much time as possible to give your flowers all the attention they need. Deposits and payments can be made directly through our website. 

Please note that all bookings are subject to approval before confirmation.

You will be contacted by phone within 5 business days of us receiving your order, to confirm dates and other important information required before proceeding. Please ensure you enter all of your contact details including phone number and email during the checkout process. 

To pay a 25% deposit, simply enter 25%DEPOSIT in the discount code field during the checkout process. You will be issued with an invoice for the remaining balance which is due to be paid for in full, 7 days prior to your booking date. 

You are also welcome to pay for your order in full using any of our payment methods available including Afterpay, PayPal or Credit Card options. 

If we are unable to accept your booking due to dates being unavailable, we will contact you directly and refund in full, any of the monies you have already paid. 

If you simply change your mind or cancel your booking, you will receive a refund minus a $25 administration fee.

We take a huge amount of care looking after and preserving your fresh flowers in preparation for casting. In most cases, the colour and texture of the flowers will change throughout the casting process. If petals are damaged, these damaged spots will still be visible once they have been cast in the resin, however don't worry, these spots remind us that the flowers were vibrantly alive at one stage, and their unique colours, shapes and patterns will only enhance the look of your personalised keepsake. 

The casting process from start to finish can take up to 12 weeks, depending on what type of flowers you have and the size of the product chosen. As the product is handmade, some imperfections may be present in the finished piece. These imperfections may include air bubbles, loose particles of preservation mixture or petals, layer lines in the sides of the piece and transparency of damaged petals. We take a great deal of pride in our work and every effort is made to create perfection, however sometimes these minor imperfections may occur. 



- The final design is up to the discretion of the designer. We will choose the most suitable blooms and foliage for each individual keepsake. Feel free to contact us if you have any specifics you would like to discuss before beginning the process.

- We do not return unused flowers. Any extra or remaining flowers will be disposed of. 

- Once an item has been cast in resin, it cannot be removed.

- It is the customers responsibility to ensure that fresh flowers are cared for and packaged as per our recommendation. Shipping fresh flowers is done at your own risk. Mojo Collections will not be held responsible for flowers that arrive damaged due to unsatisfactory preparation, poor packaging or damage incurred whilst they are in transit to us via a third party.
